Editors' Note: In WriteClick this week, Drs. Kunchok et al. report an additional patient with chronic low-grade leptomeningeal lymphoma, adding to the case described by Gazzola et al. in “Primary marginal zone lymphoma of the CNS presenting as a diffuse leptomeningeal process.” Authors Gazzola et al. hope that these reports will increase awareness of this rare syndrome. In reference to “Sirolimus for epilepsy in children with tuberous sclerosis complex: A randomized controlled trial,” Drs. Zou and Liu describe their own uncontrolled study of sirolimus in TSC, which showed a positive effect at lower doses and in younger children. Authors de Wit and Overwater respond that all available evidence indicates a trend toward a positive effect of both sirolimus and everolimus on intractable epilepsy.—Megan Alcauskas, MD, and Robert C. Griggs, MD
