Abstract
Abstract: A 77 year-old-man presents with chorea, parasomnias, dysarthria and dysphagia, and cognitive issues. A broad work-up reveals positive anti-IgLON5 antibody. This case report represents a “textbook” example of anti-IgLON5 syndrome.
