I thank Rist et al. for their very helpful and reassuring study.1 In view of the absolute hemorrhagic stroke risk per year in the highest risk group category being 0.04% per year (on average 0.02% per year higher), perhaps it may be more reasonable to rephrase the conclusion as being no clinically relevant association of increased risk?
