AB  - Article abstract A 56-year-old man was found to have ocular flutter, downbeat nystagmus, and frontal ataxia. Pathologic examination revealed a right fronto-temporai glioblastoma involving the fronto-ponto-cerebellar pathways. The brain stem and cerebellum were free of lesions. Mechanisms for the occurrence of these findings are discussed.
